Warranty Policy

All full custom-built desktops come with 12 months hardware warranty.
Refurbished laptops include a 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

We cover all hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects, including:

  • Motherboard, CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, PSU

  • System instability due to improper assembly

  • Fan or cooling issues caused by hardware

We do not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, burns)

  • Overheating due to user mismanagement

  • Software issues (virus)

  • Power surge / lightning / self-repair attempts

  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, dust)

  • Issues caused by overclocking or 3rd-party modification

Yes — for products purchased from us and still within warranty, we offer free pickup and return via GD Express.

Most claim cases are resolved within 10–15 working days after we receive the unit.
If spare parts are delayed, we will inform you in advance.

Your invoice or order ID is your warranty proof.
We register your build in our system, so no printed warranty card is needed.

If we find that:

  • The issue is not a hardware fault

  • The product is not under warranty

  • Or it’s not bought from Cwave Tech
    We may charge a shipping or diagnostic fee

Yes. We are not responsible for any data loss during servicing. Always back up your important files before sending in your device.

📌 How to prepare your device for pickup:

Use original packaging (box + styrofoam/bubble wrap)

Place the original box inside an outer protective box

For large or heavy GPUs, disassemble and pack separately

 WhatsApp us and wait for confirmation

Securely tape the box — we’ll handle the rest
