Refurbished laptops include a 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
We cover all hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects, including:
Motherboard, CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, PSU
System instability due to improper assembly
Fan or cooling issues caused by hardware
We do not cover:
Accidental damage (drops, spills, burns)
Overheating due to user mismanagement
Software issues (virus)
Power surge / lightning / self-repair attempts
Cosmetic issues (scratches, dust)
Yes — for products purchased from us and still within warranty, we offer free pickup and return via GD Express.
Most claim cases are resolved within 10–15 working days after we receive the unit.
If spare parts are delayed, we will inform you in advance.
Your invoice or order ID is your warranty proof.
We register your build in our system, so no printed warranty card is needed.

For large or heavy GPUs, disassemble and pack separately
